Examining the personality traits of people before marriage helps predict
the success or failure of a marriage. Identifying these traits allows us determine whether a person is ready for marriage.Generally speaking, if the person you are going to marry has the following traits, you’d better reconsider your choice.
• If you tend to spend your time arguing with each other.
• If you have convinced yourself that you are marrying the person only to have sexual relationship with him/her.
• If he/she decides on her/his own without consulting with you and it upsets you.
• If he/she begs you for marriage.
• If he/she promises that everything will be OK after marrying you.
• If you have spent a lot of time together, but still feel that you do not know each other and have a communication problem.
• If he/she is unable to control his/her behavior and is frequently distressed.Don’t forget that:
1) Marriage is not going to solve any behavioral problems, and in some cases, it actually worsens it.
